Our Process in Three Easy Steps
Schedule a 1:1 Discovery Call.
This is a 15-minute call where our team learns about your nutrition goals and challenges. What you excel at with your own health and wellness, what you struggle with, your goals, and what support you need to get there.
90-Minute Initial Consultation.
After our discovery call, we will schedule an initial 90-minute consultation. This is where we dig into the details of your medical history, your current health, your goals, and how we’re going to reach them.
Follow-up Consultations.
The frequency and duration of follow-up appointments are dictated by your needs and goals. We’ll work together to find the best routine for check-ins and follow-ups to keep you on track to meet your goals.
