With over 19 years in the field, Sarah has seen every type of diet, app, trend, and challenge come and go. What remains is the truth that nutrition is more than what we eat. It’s how we move our bodies, how we sleep, and even how we manage and lower our stress levels.

Sarah set out to create an online nutrition and wellness space providing accurate, non-judgemental nutrition and health information.
